To ensure our high standards and reputation are adhered to every installation is individually managed on site by a senior member of the Company, this gives you the customer the peace of mind that your expectations are fulfilled and your investment has truly been worthwhile.
Our expert will ensure that the points below are carried out in accordance with our own on site procedures, to ensure a quality installation.
- The site is properly prepared prior to installation.
- Existing windows are removed carefully and professionally as possible, to minimise the damage to any of the interior or external decoration.
- The first window will then be installed and finished off, upon completion of this window we will ask you to approve the standard prior to the completion of any of the other windows.
- Once stage 3 has been approved we will continue the installation to completion.
- All debris will be collected and disposed of by our installers.
- All Windows and Doors including the immediate floor area we have been working will be cleaned.
- You will be walked around the installation and shown how to operate both Window and Door handles correctly and left with spare keys
All paperwork will be forwarded on to the customer within 14 days of completion, Guarantees, Certification and receipts.
